APPLICANT SCREENING

Streamlined, built in resident screening includes standard background and credit checks along with past rent payment history. Screens can be completed in minutes – enabling us to place the highest quality residents quickly.

MAINTENANCE & INSPECTIONS

Your property is a significant investment. We prioritize its longevity - we'll make sure maintenance requests are seen to immediately and will do regular inspections.

STATEMENTS

Owner statements are securely posted to an online Owners Portal, saving time and paper. These simple statements provide you with a quick snapshot of your property details for the past month. We can also include maintenance invoices and additional reports you request.

RENT COLLECTION

Modern residents expect easy, online payment options. We give residents three convenient ways to pay electronically (Cash, E-Check, or with a credit card).

FINANCIAL

With our accounting and bookkeeping services, you can rest easy, knowing you'll get paid on time, your books are up-to-date, and your tax forms are accurate.

Asset Management

Axiom has developed a systematic process of managing and maintaining real estate assets in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Axiom continually reinvests in our properties through strategic construction projects to improve the property and grow revenue.

  • We are experienced in working with local zoning, building and housing agencies.
  • We offer broad experience in ground-up construction, major and cosmetic rehab.

Residential Utility Billing Systems (RUBS)

UAS, an Axiom subsidiary, provides (RUBS) through Utility Allocation Systems, LLC. RUBS has two primary benefits: First, to pass through the cost of utilities to the tenants and improve the owner’s bottom line. Second, tenants conserve the utilities for which they are responsible.


  • Used to recover water, gas, electricity, trash or any other cost involved in operation of the property.
  • Flexible to provide full or partial recovery of utility charges.
  • Our system can be implemented quickly, within 30 days for existing RUBS users.
  • Our billing statements to residents sent by standard US mail, electronic mail, or a mix of both.
