Lincolnshire West provides 24 hour emergency maintenance.  If you are having a maintenance emergency please call the Lincolnshire West office at (815) 756-9505 during normal business hours. Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

If this is an after hours emergency the on-call Maintenance person may be reached at (815) 739-2305.  After the tone leave your name address and telephone number and your call will be returned.

For routine maintenance please call the Arlington Place Office during business hours or email your request to lincolnshire@axiomproperties.com  be sure to include your name and apartment number with your maintenance request.
