MOVE-IN COSTS

SECURITY DEPOSITS- equal to one month’s rent, fully refundable, plus interest upon move-out.

PET DEPOSIT-Cats allowed, no dogs. $200 refundable deposit fee.

APPLICATION FEE- $20 per applicant.

GENERAL

OFF-STREET PARKING-Free permit parking. One permit per resident.

UTILITIES-All utilities paid except for electric. We furnish gas, heat, and water.

CARPET-Tan or blue/grey.

WINDOW FURNISHINGS-Mini-blinds are furnished in each apartment.

MAINTENANCE-On site maintenance during office hours. After hours pager number for emergencies.

LAUNDRY-Three laundry rooms on-site.

CONVENIENT BUS ROUTES-NIU bus stops at entrance of complex.

POOL-available Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend.

QUALIFICATION

TO RESERVE AN APARTMENT-$250 will hold an apartment. Once the applicant is approved, the $250 will be applied towards the security deposit. If the application is not approved, the $250 will be refunded, but the application fee will not.

TO BE APPROVED-The applicant must have good credit history, one year of good rental/dorm history. Also must be able to verify that monthly gross earnings are equivalent to three times the monthly rent (eg. If rent is $490, the gross income must be $1470). If you do not meet a requirement, a cosigner may be used. Applicant must be 18 years of age.
